233 of the current members will not be returning to the lower chambers when the 8th Assembly is inaugurated next month (June 5, 2015). However, the memo was addressed to re-elected lawmakers and their counter-parts are not returning to the house. An official, who preferred to be anonymous, said the directive was “procedural” and meant to  enable them prepare the offices for re-allocation to new and old members.
